Take your bowl turning experience to the next level in bowl turning. Frank will focus on tool selection, sharpening techniques for gouges, finishing options and of course safe lathe operations. Frank will concentrate on bowl design showing you how to center your work and how to improve your tool handling skills. Students will make two bowls during the class. A basic set of tools will be provided, but as always, youÆre welcome to bring your favorite turning tools to learn how to sharpen and use them properly.

This class is considered suitable for teens that are at least 13 years of age. Student should have some turning experience. A parent or legal guardian must be present if a minor is to participate in the class.

* CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY - Redmond Machinery reserves the right to cancel any class. Full refunds will be issued in that event. Students withdrawing from a class must notify Redmond Machinery 10 or more days prior to the beginning of the class to receive full credit or refund. No refund or credit will be issued with less than 10 dayÆs notice.
