Shipping Policy

It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within two business days of receiving a customers order.  Wm. J. Redmond & Son, Inc. (Redmond Machinery) ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS).  Also, we utilize the United Parcel Service shipping gateway to calculate your individual shipping costs.  This provides our customers with three shipping choices:

• Standard
• Packages 75 lbs. & under - UPS Ground: 3 to 7 business days
• Packages over 75 lbs. - Ground Freight Trucking: 3 to 7 business days
• Priority
• Packages 75 lbs. & under only - UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days
• Express
• Packages 75 lbs. & under only - UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

We ship to all 50 states via UPS and the 48 continental states vua Ground Freight Trucking. However, if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please add two additional shipping days.  At this time we do not ship outside of the United States, but we will be glad to work with your freight forwarder in regards to shipping to their facility within the continental US.
