Customer Feedback

I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty that Redmond Machinery demonstrated during the process of replacing some  of our outdated equipment. The SawStops were a big hit! We had an incident within the first two weeks of installation that allowed us to  avoid legal action. Redmond’s sales and service team were outstanding. We also appreciate their years of support for our many student  organizations, such as; SkillsUSA, FFA and, most of all, for believing in Career Technical Education.

Redmond Machinery demonstrated great customer service and professionalism in working with the Calhoun County School System. We  were able to replace all of our Table Saws with the new SawStop Technology. I would highly recommend Redmond Machinery to all  school systems looking to update equipment. The process from price quotes to purchase and delivery was first class.

I taught a Building Construction course for 32 years in Alabama after 12 years in the Construction Industry. I have purchased and used  equipment from Redmond Machinery and have been very pleased at the quality and performance of each piece of equipment and the  great technical assistance I received when I called Redmond. I continue to use some of their equipment in my home shop now that I  have retired. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for good quality equipment and great service.

Just wanted to let you know how the value of our SawStop was proved yesterday—Our Shop Manager, Colin Campbell, told me that a  student got a piece of material jammed in the saw blade which stopped the blade. When he went to dislodge the material, he contacted  the blade which deployed the stop. Had that not happened, a serious injury almost certainly would have occurred. So—yay, SawStop!  Saved another finger!

Thanks for your help in getting us this safety enhancing technology.
